The first named player has the option of home advantage (but you can play
the match anywhere by mutual agreement) |

Any player not a member of the course on which the match is played receives
an extra 2 shots before the stroke allowance (¾ of the difference) is
calculated. |

The final may, by mutual agreement, be decided on the basis of nett
stableford points. In this case, the stroke allowance will be 7/8ths. Any
player not a member of the course on which the match is played will receive an
additional 2 strokes before the allowance is calculated. |

4) |
Both players are responsible for arranging the match. If a match is not
played by the closing date, BOTH players will be scratched unless someone
has previously provided the Hon Sec with a date on which the match will be
played. |

5) |
The winner MUST notify the Hon Sec of the result (including the score) as
soon as practical after the result is known. e-mail is just fine but please
put OHGS in the subject line |

6) |
Results will be posted on this web site and e-mailed to competitors. |
